I can't stop listening to Mumford and Sons. I love, love, love it. There aren't to many songs on the playlist, so you can go to my YouTube Channel and check out the Mumford videos....lots of good ones. Their lyrics are incredible and Marcus Mumford's voice is eerily enchanting.

The Avett's latest installment is Live Volume 3, which is a show from last year in Charlotte, NC. The DVD is streaming live as I type this for the first time.....so far I am really enjoying it.

So....a long awaited new album from Robert Plant will arrive September 14!! Band of Joy is comprised of Patty Griffin, Darrell Scott, Byron House, Marco Giovino, Buddy Miller,

and of course.....THE ROBERT PLANT

They were touring in July and will start again in September...only European dates announced so far. It looks like they are doing a lot of interesting covers, as well as grassy versions of Zeppelin songs.....but much different from the Plant and Allison Krauss tours.

This is Band of Joy doing Los Lobos' 'Angel Dance' and 'Tall Cool One' from Robert Plant's Now and Zen.

Angus and Julia Stone are a brother-sister duo from Australia.....folky/singer-songwriter. With several EP's and a couple of albums behind them, they are getting some mainstream playtime. This is 'Paper Aeroplane' from their first EP Chocolates and Cigarettes. Also check out 'The Beast,' 'What You Wanted,' and 'Just A Boy' .....from various albums. They also direct a lot of their own videos, which I think are pretty interesting.....their YouTube channel.
